I somehow ran two days in a row.4 miles on the tread this morning 28:48. Felt rough the first mile and started feeling better as I went along. Increased speed each mile up to 3 miles and then from 3.5 to 4 increased speed each .10

I want to find something to do to keep me in good cardiovascular health that isn't boring.
I've been thinking about BJJ or Muay Thai or joining a tennis league.
I'm 41 now.
Anyone do BJJ, Muay Thai, or play in adult tennis leagues?Any other ideas?

I’m a BJJ black belt. Have trained mma as well as boxing and multiple other striking arts. I will tell you this…..they all became injury problematic about 45 years old. I’m 56 now and it’s all body weight, heated yoga and running now.Hi all.
