Reportedly it's base is titanium which will allow it to be compatible for the new body composition function. It may come with it. The amoled screen is the one big thing I liked about my Samsung better and why I wanted the Epix gen 2. This is a no-brainer for me. I just hope it's has the same size band so I can use the ones I already have. I'm sold on Garmin. This 955 is awesome.

I have decided to start pushing myself and enter a few half marathons next fall. If I get close enough to my goals, I will likely reward myself with this. Even though i know the 955 will likely last two-three more years
