OK now I see the cart.
The inflatable tires are the key on those beach carts if you're going to pull them through the sand (you can air down a little if your cart is super heavy).
The two-wheelers can be very difficult to handle on the beach at low tide.
I like packing light for surf, but usually pack pretty heavily for the pier. For the pier, we used one of those stroller wagons for babies hahaha
