I know. We considered it garbage, and moved on. You guys seem perfectly content where you are. To bad you will always fight for 4th in the SEC.

Why would you hire a 63 year old man who cares more about golf than his job over a young guy who has nothing but upside.

Did you expect him to turn it around overnight? As mediocre as we have been, it's going to take some time. We most certainly have more talent then we've ever had. We've finished higher than one of the powers in the east 2 out of the 4 years. We've beaten national powers in Florida, Georgia, Tenn, and Alabama under his watch.

The 4th year is judgment year. Your program has just given the OK to 7-5 seasons from here on out. These are HIS recruits.

Alabama was going through 3 coaching changes, and Tennessee had their worst season in 30 years.



Real accomplishment there.

I'd hire the proven over the unproven anyday of the week. And maybe Tenn is the exception, but if both guys wanted a job it wouldn't go to Kiffin.

Yes they are his, and no we aren't satisfied with 7-5. I'll hope for 8-5, and be optimistic about next season. As most fans will.

No it isn't. The idea of beating good programs is to beat them when they are good. If you beat a 5-7 team, it's still a 5-7 team. If you don't understand that, there is no reason to continue the discussion.

You're right. You didn't. And we are fixing it. Beat us when we are good and I'll be impressed. But lo and behold, USCe, while in the SEC, has never beaten us when we have had a .500 or better record.
