Trying to read though this thread has given me a headache as it is so full of inconsistencies. Which is true? Drae Bowles is a person of high character or a person of questionable character? If you believe he is a person of high character, you have to believe he told police the truth and that his grand jury testimony was accurate, which flies in the face of what these allegations claim. If he's a person of questionable character, then what role did he play in all of this? I do know if he's called to testify and his story changes from his grand jury testimony he could be charged with perjury.
And if Drae got assaulted for being a snitch, why wasn't Williams given the same treatment for telling police about Orta's threats? Why wasn't Orta himself given that treatment for telling police about Maggitt's threats? Are we suggesting it was all some great conspiracy by the football team? Seems farfetched to me, but believe what you will.
Orta and Maggitt obviously confronted Bowles if they've admitted to it, but why? Have they ever said why?
This lawsuit doesn't help Drae Bowles any as it clearly suggests he perjured himself.
