I agree with you. This guy should not be the face of UT Football. He looks like an arrogrant @ss thumping his chest.....and he hasn't done a freaking thing!

It's like the rich kid in high school that drove around in daddy's bmw acting like he was hot sh^t. Twenty yrs later, he is in a "trailor down by the river" (thanx chris farley). LK is thumping his chest now, but come next fall reality will set in.

This whole situation is overrated. When the team wins the recruiting and pr will be just fine. I bet the sec is loving all of this attention too.

That is what losers like to think. 20 years later, more often than not, he is the handsome rich guy driving the expensive sports car, living in the mansion with the wife who still looks like a super model despite delivering the perfect children.

Making it on "Daddy's" money (or name for that matter) can only take you so far. Sure, some guys always have it easy. Others have to work for it. LK has gotten this far because of his last name, and because hes had a privileged life he thinks he can puff up his chest and every other coach will shake in their boots. This isn't church, and we aren't looking for the keys to the kingdom....just a badass football coach that isn't going to put up with other coaches calling recruits when they are on officials to UT.

Do you not see what this man is bringing to the table. To me it's almost Bruce Pearl like. We barely break the top 20 yet we are one of the most talked about classes in college football with what this staff whipped together in less than 3 months time.

Let's go over my claims concerning LK.....please point out where I have been proven wrong.

1) he is not the great recruiter everyone claims he is
2) he has no experience in the administrative aspects of a major HC position and will do a poor job representing the university
3) he is not a successful HC and will not be successful in the SEC.

So far, I'm 2 out of 3. Come fall, 3/3.
