Don't start with them. They don't understand that mediocre to average play as a true freshman doesn't mean bust.

You Dobbs fan boys need to realize he sucks about as much as the rest of the QB'S which is to say a lot. At least for now. I like them all in their own way but Dobbs threw 0 touchdowns last year - z e r o.

Dobbs was put in when the game when we were down 5 touchdowns and Alabama had clearly called off the dogs. Not even close to the situations Peterman was put in. Plus Dobbs looked like crap against Mizzou.

Gets himself sacked? Lol.....you do realize the Vols have given up the most sacks in the SEC right?......and the team with the second most given up has about half as many.....that's how bad the Oline is....what about this is so hard for some of you to understand?

So Peterman plays terribly against an eventual 4-8 Florida team and it's okay, but it's unacceptable for Dobbs to play poorly against the eventual SEC east champs? Okay

He was a sad puppy to watch. Like I said I like them all. I like that he has no eyebrows and is a genius and literally a rocket scientist. I envision the star wars crowd and UT engineers being huge fans. He still isn't very good.

Meaning Worley is still better than Dobbs.

Florida didn't have the 7 injuries on their defense when we played them. That's the only reason they went 4-8

I agree.
We don't currently have a QB that is SEC elite.
We don't appear to have one with the potential to be one.

Well apparently it's ok for you and others to decide Peterman is a bust and has no potential based on little playing time, but Dobbs gets a half season of very underwelming play and you think he's clearly better.

That makes no sense.

Peterman hasn't had a good play besides garbage time. That's why everyone thinks he sucks.
