‘Save James’: Court Scraps Past Ruling, Mom Can ‘Transition’ Son On Dad’s Dime, Report Says

Last week, Judge Mary Brown, appointed to the “Save James” Texas case in January, reportedly scrapped a past ruling that allowed Jeff Younger joint conservatorship over his 8-year-old son James Younger, whom Jeff’s ex-wife Dr. Anne Georgulas claims is a transgender girl named “Luna.”

Now, Anne can reportedly enroll James as “Luna” in school without the father’s consent, and Mr. Younger will have to pay $5,000 a month for the child’s pro-trans counseling, as well as a $10,000 retainer required by the counselor, a Facebook post from “Save James” claims.

Slippery slope anyone? For that mater, why stop at age 14?

A California state senator is seeking to salvage a bill that could decriminalize gay sex between young adults and minors in some cases, arguing that present state laws governing the sex offender registry unfairly discriminate against the LGBTQ community.

According to The San Francisco Chronicle, California state Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) is using the last few weeks of the legislative session to mobilize support for SB145, a bill he introduced last year that stalled in a key committee. The legislation would allow “judges discretion over sex-offender registration in all cases involving voluntary intercourse between teenagers ages 14 to 17, who cannot legally consent, and adults who are less than 10 years older.”

The eight-year-old boy caught in a bitter Texas divorce will be treated as a girl by his local school during the 2020-2021 school year, says the Facebook page operated by supporters of his father.

James Younger is being treated as a boy by his father, Jeff Younger, and as a girl named Luna by his mother, Anne Georgulas.

Netflix’s ‘Cuties’ slammed for ‘sexualizing’ little girls

More than 30,000 people have signed a petition asking Netflix to remove “Cuties,” a movie they claim sexualizes children.

The film, which premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, premieres on the streaming service Sept. 9. The trailer was released earlier this week on YouTube. It has a TV-MA rating from Netflix.

“Eleven-year-old Amy starts to rebel against her conservative family’s traditions when she becomes fascinated with a free-spirited dance crew,” the film’s description reads on the site.

However, Metro reports that the original summary was much more salacious: “Amy, 11, becomes fascinated with a twerking dance crew. Hoping to join them, she starts to explore her femininity, defying her family’s traditions.”

Netflix told the outlet the changes were made to ensure accuracy. They later issued an apology after the backlash.

You have my word on “b.” As for “a,” here we go. As reported by the Denver Post, women across Colorado are posing topless while hiking on mountaintops — all in the name of empowerment. It occurs to me up front I should remind you that I’m simply the messenger, here.

The growing movement, which recently began trending on social media, has been around since 2015. Kari Armstrong, co-organizer of The Boulder Hiker Chicks, told the Post the experience is not only fun, but feels a little “risky,” as well.

Trans woman embraces ‘very lucky’ new life — and 1,400 Tinder matches

After starting hormone therapy, one transgender woman has received over 1,400 matches on Tinder, reported SWNS.

Cassandra Heart, a 30-year-old software engineer, began her hormonal transition 11 months ago. When her gender was listed as male, she had about 60 matches in two years.

Now, her love potential has skyrocketed. “I made a new account in January as a trans woman and I’ve had 1,429 matches since then,” she told the news outlet.

Heart identifies as pansexual, meaning her attraction to someone is not limited by their gender identity. She’s currently married to a woman who’s been nothing but supportive through her journey. “She was a little shocked at first, but she also said she kind of saw it coming,” said Heart.

UK to Penalise Schools Which Don’t Teach Children LGBT Lessons

Secondary schools which fail to teach pupils LGBT lessons will be penalised by inspectors, it has been revealed.

Ofsted, the British schools regulator, said that schools will no longer be able to secure a rating better than “requires improvement” if they neglect to inform pupils about LGBT lifestyles and about “all the protected characteristics”, the Daily Mail reports.

An Ofsted spokesman commented: “The Department for Education’s guidance makes it clear that secondary schools must teach about LGBT issues.

Mathematical Association: Critical Race Theory Necessary to Fight ‘Human Biases’ in Math

The Mathematical Association of America recently released a statement in which it pushed back against President Donald Trump’s recent executive to curtail the teaching of critical race theory. The association argued that mathematics contains “human biases” that can only be corrected by promoting critical race theory and other radical doctrines developed on college campuses over the past two decades to math educators and students.

According to a report by Campus Reform, the Mathematical Association of America is pushing back against the President’s recent order to curtail the promotion of critical race theory.

Breitbart News reported in September that President Trump issued an executive order to stop the federal government from teaching “critical race theory” during diversity training. Critical race theory is a philosophy developed by law professors in the 1980s. Its advocates believe that many aspects of American society needs to be reevaluated in light of the nation’s history of slavery and discrimination towards minority groups.

In its statement, the Mathematical Association of America argued that the math community needs critical race theory to correct the “human biases” that allegedly exist within the history of mathematics.

“It is time for all members of our profession to acknowledge that mathematics is created by humans and therefore inherently carries human biases,” the statement reads. “Until this occurs, our community and our students cannot reach full potential. Reaching this potential in mathematics relies upon the academy and higher education engaging in critical, challenging, sometimes uncomfortable conversations about the detrimental effects of race and racism on our community. The time is now to move mathematics and education forward in pursuit of justice.”

Breitbart News reported in August that the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health promoted the claim that two plus equals five. The equation is used by postmodern theorists to promote the notion that the Western notion of “objectivity” has been tainted by racism and discrimination.
