That type of etiquette changes over time, so who knows....

That's just what I was taught, not saying anything is wrong. I have never had a woman I call Mrs. say I want to be called Ms. though. I probably live a sheltered life.

one thing I always wondered.....if football coaches wear a baseball hat on the sidelines, then why don't Aaron Boone or Brian Snitker wear a football helmet in the dugout?
