Hey at least he got his team up for Auburn. Thats about the best thing I can say about that debacle.Pretty sure his high school girls are in the 2AA field hockey playoffs......be rude to contact their equipment manager while theyre trying to concentrate on the post season.......immediately after, I 100% agree.
This the same guy that can't use a hammer?Said Tennessee should not be in top 25 haven’t beaten anyone Im thinking dummy look at who beat us top ten teams . I looked at his Michigan teams schedule they have beaten no one. Perfect case man with a little audience says stuff people follow him the old big ten vs sec bias.
You allowed him to rile you up that much to post this? LolSaid Tennessee should not be in top 25 haven’t beaten anyone Im thinking dummy look at who beat us top ten teams . No. I dont "feel" those things. Those are realities that I have seen with my own eyes. The most accurate predictor of future behavior is past behavior. So based on what this team has demonstrated in the first 10 games of the season, I see no path to 2-0 over the next 2 games. People here do not like hearing that and I get it, I don't like saying it. But weighing the evidence this team has presented us this season, its the only logical conclusion. So, your feelings?
Two plays this year delivered the knock-out punch on the 2025 Vols. The pick six vs Bama and the scoop & score vs OK. Those two plays broke the morale of this team and I don't think they've recovered their "will to fight". Had the OK game gone differently maybe they finish the season strong. As it looks, this team wants to go through the motions without much extra effort. Yes, I hope the team somehow is aware that this is what many are thinking, maybe they can get fired up and play like they want to prove people wrong. This team also showed great fight coming back against UGA and Mississippi State. Even at Bama, we fought back. When we got the ball back down 10 in the second half we were fighting hard, even after a devastating play at the end of the half. They are undisciplined but they’re not alone. A&M tried to give the game away yesterday many times.

Wrong. Tennessee is a top 25 team, that's about it. There are not 25 teams out there better than us. There may be 24, but I doubt there are 25 teams out there better than Tennessee.Portnoy is just doing his job.
I agree, UT is not a top 25 team. I have no opinion on Michigan, haven’t watched them play.
You stated pretty definitively that this team is going to finish 0-2, then said that was based on probabilities rather than hopes. There is absolutely no tangible system of probabilities available that backs up that claim. When questioned on it, you gave multiple reasons why you believe there is a probability we lose the last two games, which would be based on your feelings. It is okay to feel that way or to believe it to be likely. However, what you choose to see does not count as being based on probability.No. I dont "feel" those things. No, its not based on my feelings. Its based on what this team has demonstrated on the field through 10 games! I dont FEEL like our defense has underperformed. They HAVE underperformed! I dont FEEL like our head coach has had clock management issues. He HAS had clock management issues! I dont FEEL like this team has struggled in road games and against teams with comparable talent. They HAVE done those things. Jeez, I dont know how clearer I can illustrate it.You stated pretty definitively that this team is going to finish 0-2, then said that was based on probabilities rather than hopes. Perhaps you could start by using actual facts that are relevant to this team finishing the season 0-2. According to actual available data, we are favored to win both games by Vegas, the ESPN matchup predictor gives us a significant probability to win each of the last two games. Does that mean we will win either or both? Absolutely not. What it does mean is that the data does not support your definitive claim. I am fully aware of the issues we have had this season. I also am aware of the issues both Florida and Vandy have had this season. I also completely understand your viewpoint on it and am not at all discounting it nor the reason why you have those beliefs. They just aren't based on data or probabilities. It is simply your opinion based on what you believe this team to be. Again, I completely understand why you feel that way but it doesn't make your opinion any more valid than anyone else's.No, its not based on my feelings. I agree with you. Statistical metrics aren't going to decide the final two games. Same thing as many 4/5 stars never play up to those values. This TN team is more than capable of beating FL and Vandy but their actual performance on the field shows a team that makes critical mistakes at critical moments and fails to capitalize on opportunities. No, its not based on my feelings.
