Yea it does, but you have to remember that he was pretty much the only target. The coaches made plays for him to be open. He only had 2 100 yard games in SEC play and that was against Vandy and Arky. That doesn't mean he didn't play well against UF or UGA because he did play good against them. He did completely own Casey Heward who is a very good player, but stats can be misleading.
Just because he goes in the second or third round doesn't mean he isn't going to be a number 1 reciever on a NFL team. His type of skill set is usually not picked in the first round.

There is a list of all of the WR 1st round picks from the SEC and Da'Rick Rogers had the best sophomore stats of any of them. More catches, yards, and TD's i believe.
