It was meant to be, but Cozart has been on a tear all spring and it has rolled into the first couple games. For a while there every hit Bruce got left the park. I hope they both have a great season. I guess I layed it on a little too thick for some.

Love Cozart. Can't believe they went all year without him in 2011.

Good job by management by signing the fan favorites in Votto and BP. Maybe not the best contracts, but with TV revenue and keeping the core players, it will pay off. Locking up Cueto through age 33-34 might not be a bad idea either.

I've been very surprised at the attendance for this series. It looks more like a Tampa Bay game.

I had no problems letting Simon start the inning but once 2 guys got on and a LH up Marshall should have been ready. We had the middle of the order up next inning...if they don't score so be it...
