Its awesome to see Chapman getting a shot at closer, and he's quickly becoming a fan favorite. What is this talk about him driving at high speeds, heard the commentator mention last night and didnt know what happened.

Y'all too, because of where I live I get a lot of Reds games so I pull for them when it doesn't impact the Braves.

OK - 583 pages later I hear there is a Red's thread that started in 07. Dang. My last time to GABP was in 07 to see the Rockies kick our guys' butts. Was not one of KG2's better games - he booted an easy play in right by half azz going after the ball. Times have changed for the better since then.

Will be back at GABP to see the Reds/Tigers in a week and a half. Looking forward to a good time in Cincy. I am so happy to see the current ownership doing what's right along with Walt. Feeling good about the future. Could be the rebirth of the BRM.

Noticed the thread is not very lively lately. Where have so many of the Braves fans gone?

Never been to see the Reds before even though I grew up a fan. Hoping to head up to catch a game this year.

I go back to the old Crosley Field days in the late 50s. Then Riverfront Stadium replaced it and now GABP. Really nice ballpark. It's not as good as some of the new ones like with the Yankees, Orioles, and Rangers; but it's better than many of the others. Definitely a major upgrade over Riverfront.

Their bats are active tonight and Homer is cruising. Add in the Braves beating the Cards. Add another game up on the Cards.

Sweeping the Mets. On to Cleveland. If you get a chance to see BP with his through the legs to Cozart DP in the bottom of the 6th - watch. Will be on Sportscenter for sure. BP is the absolute best 2nd baseman I have ever seen. He is a living highlight reel of how to field the position at the highest level.
