I gotta tell y’all something funny. Me and the wife were discussing what to do with my guitars when I die. She said she would keep them until she dies and then probably donate them to the country music hof. I said why is that I’m not in the hof and won’t ever be. I do t even like country even when I was writing it. I said neither of our kids play and they don’t have any idea what they are worth. It was just funny to me she thought the hof would want them cuz I wrote a few popular songs

Not to be all boring here, but unless the guitars are monetarily valuable (rare, etc.), one great potential home is at a local music school or public middle or high school. Instrument cost is a huge barrier to getting into music at a serious level, and giving access to good instruments can vault a kid to a whole new level.

My old Yamaha piano now lives at the Knoxville Joy of Music School (or at least, I hope it still does.)

Dirt road was the biggest. Nu-blu did one called without a kiss that was up for song of year in blue grass. George Jones cut it but died.
I have several more but these are my main 3

Cool you have a steve vai guitar! Man that is a 2k to 3k guitar and the Gibson is up there also 71 fender is nice. You got some nice guitars man. That's cool do you still write songs? A old friend of mine her brother works for Garth Brooks . He writes songs he is blind but he can write and play really good.

Yeah Ibanez made it for me. So it was actually made in Japan not Indonesia. Would that be buddy? Do t remember buddy being blind

His name is John he lives in Nashville and works for Garth's company. There is some videos of him at the singer song writers club I will see if I can find one.

Yea, that's a major decision that shouldn't be taken lightly. There is a reason Freak gave us that option. Choose carefully because once you select one, you can never change it.
