Didn't make the gym this morning, but I did a little mini-workout at home.

For time:

50 push ups
50 air squats

Time = 3:15

my last 3 sets i did 5 sets of 5 with 215. i could've gone up, but to be honest i'm glad i didn't, i'm sore as s**t.

i didn't make it this morning either, mainly because the workout was as follows:

3 rounds for time:

400m run
15 pullups
50 air squats
15 pullups



no way i'm running outside when its 18 degrees. however i plan on doing a modded version of it when i get home.
 
It was about 30 degrees when we ran this morning! Was cold at first, but after a couple of rounds it wan't to bad!
 
* Warm Up ( 3 Rounds)

Box Jumps (18") x 5
Air Squats x 5
Burpees x 5

* Lift Of The Day ( Deadlifts)

215 x 5
250 x 5
260 x 10 (Do as Many as possible)

* WOD (Tabata - 8 rounds of each exercise, 20 sec on 10 sec off, 1 min rest between exercises. Take lowest reps of the 8 rounds and add together for a total score)

a) Box Jumps (18")
b) Air Squats
c) Burpees

Lowest reps for each exercise
a) 11
b) 10
c) 4

Total Score = 25

Our time = 7:55 ( My partner was the head trainer, and to say the least he pushed me until I thought I was going to pass the F out! Extemely taxing workout)
