Crossfit

I find keeping time is half the fun/competition in it! Trying to beat your previous time each and every time.
 
Ok boys and girls, after a month layoff, It's back to work!

*Warm Ups (2 rounds)

-5 min of DU's

5 - Pullups (Did all kipping)
5 - KB raises (#40)

*WOD (20 min AMRAP)
In this Work out you do 1 rep of each, then 2 rep, 3 rep, etc. until 20 min is up. No break in between.

-Pullups (did first three rds kipping, then switched to rings)
-KB raises (#40)

I finished w/ 13.5 rds

* Warm Up

- 10 min of stretching
 
its killing me not being able to do crossfit. to be honest i haven't really worked out at all in at least 5 months. i've def shrunk.
 
I was so jazzed, I woke up at 6:30am and went to the 7:30 class. I usually go to the 8:30 class. I'm going to need a nap in a bit. I'm smoked!
 
they only have classes. its not a place you can workout on your own. i don't know of any crossfit gyms where you can do that. they have more classes, but with work and the amount of people in the classes, the morning class fits the best.

I've seen a few online. If I'm paying 100+ a month, I want more than two or three time options to workout.
 
My gym schedule is 5:30,6:30,7:30,8:30 am.

4:30,5:30,6:30,7:30pm

The 4:30pm class is a Kids crossfit, which they just started.
 
I don't know what my full work out is going to be tomorow, but I did here my instructor say we were doing thrusters! Those things kick your butt!

Wasn't happy with that at all, had to stop and catch my breath way too much. Should have had about 13 rds! The month off really took it's toll on me.
