considering i haven't worked out in 3 months other than those 3 days for fundamentals, i'm going to be struggling
 
* Warm Up

was sick last nite so this morning was a no go. plus the workout was ridiculous. tomorrow is hopefully the day
 
well they're trying to put a team together to compete at the games, and yesterday was a WOD everyone had to do but it was one of the qualifying WODs.

For time:

10 Squat Cleans (m: 135lb, f: 85 lb)

20 Pushups

30 Deadlifts, (m: 135 lb, f: 85lb)

40 Double Unders

50 Kettlebell Swings, (m: 1 1/2 pood, f: 1 pood)

60 Situps

70 Squats
 
and as usual i'm sick, hoping it passes so i can go to the 6:30 class, i really would like to do todays WOD. the one prescribed isn't the one i'll be doing, it'll be scaled down to 2-3 rounds as they want the newbies to do the scaled down version for at least the first 2 weeks they show up.

We just had a practice day today! Basically went of some technical moves.

15 min of DU's

15 min of muscle-ups on rings

15 min of Pistol squats

Pretty easy day compared to most! I was thankful for the break!

ya i'm def not going today considering i can't do half of the workout.

Three rounds for time of:
10 Muscle-ups
10 Forward rolls
20 One legged squats, alternating
Handstand walk 20 yards
 
Thats F'n stupid, they can't expect everyone to do all the workouts. Some people have to do progresions, so they can't work up to doing the prescribed ones! That doesn't make any sense!
 
they have some that are scaled back, but idk how they wld scale this one. like i said i'm hoping tomorrows is easy. if not i'll just go on Monday. regardless i'm getting in
 
10 Muscle-ups - Use the rings and do slanted pull ups
10 Forward rolls - not sure what this is
20 One legged squats, alternating - just do air squats and do double whate everyone else does
Handstand walk 20 yards - do ring dips or some other version of a dip or HS.
 
well i got to go to my first official WOD this morning. i had concerns because i hadn't been feeling good at all. so this was my day

warmup:

800 meter indian run while tossing a 10 lb medicine ball behind our head(did not make my stomach feel to good)

WOD:

power cleans or squat cleans: 3 sets of 5
bench: 3 sets of 5
overhead squat: 3 sets of 5(however i just did one set, started feeling like was going to puke)

regardless felt fairly good til about 45 mins after the WOD. my stomach started rolling, and have ended up having extreme pain, and having to go to the bathroom for around 15 mins at a time. i going to go straight paleo no cheating for the next week. i've got to, or i won't be able to do crossfit.
 
Saturdays workout:

*Warm Up (3 rounds)

HSPU's (MOD with bench) x 5
Burpees x 5
Hang Clenas (#95) x 3

*WOD (20 min AMRAP)

HSPU's x 7
Burpees x 7
Hang Cleans x 7

this mornings WOD:

2 rounds warmup:

10 air squats
10 pushups
10 double unders

WOD:

5 sets of 5 deadlift

needless to say after this my back and legs were dead. gotta get use to the 5:30 class
