First thing I noticed in only one week, stamina!!!! I wish our workouts had a minute break!

well it sucks that i'm not able to finish out fundamentals. i called them a few times but i couldn't get anyone to answer. so i sent an email. we'll see if they'll make me wait for the next fundamentals class which will prolly be in a month. sux
 
I'm sure with your background in weight lifting, they will probably let you slide, plus you're all ready in pretty good shape. Hopefully they will let you know soon so you can get started today!
 
i talked to them on the phone and they said that i might have to wait til nxt month and just have to go for the last day. its possible they'll set something up that will get me in. never know tho.
 
No workout today, woke up this morning with my neck and right shoulder killing me. I can't even turn my head fully to the left. I practiced kipping and overhead squats Saturday, I must have pulled something. Hopefully be ready to go in the morning!
 
Not very well, my timing is all wrong, It just seems really unnatural to me. Its going to take a lot of practice!
 
u'll get the hang of it. i have to admit that yesterday my back was sore in places its never been sore before. i admit that i'm goin to be hooked on it
 
Since I missed today, I guess I'll be going Mon-Fri. My neck is feeling much better this afternoon, so I should be good to go in the morning!
