You're young shouldn't affect you as much, me on the other hand, I need as much as possible! I'm hoping in the near future thay add a 9:30am class! That would add an extra hour of sleep!
I'm doing a modified paleo. I'm eating a lot of almonds between meals. I try to eat as much beef, chicken, fish as possible. I eat alot of fruit, at least 2 servings a day. But if I can't get what I need, I just watch my portions. If I have to order out, I'll eat half then and save the other half for later. I drink Xtend recovery drink + a protein drink and bar within an hour post work out.
Full cleans = Start from the floor, clean the weight up then squat down and touch butt to a medicine ball (which is below parallel) back up straight, then put wieight down onto the floor, and start again!
