Didn't make it to the gym today! I hit the dreaded snooze button this morning! I did make up for it some, I went for a run! (See runners thread)
 
*Warm Up

5min of double unders

*WOD (Clean and Jerks)

1-1-1-1-1

(I did 115-135-155-160-135)

On my 5th set I was totally burnt)

HGD sit-ups (10 x 3)
Reverse HGD (15 x 3)

*Post work out

10min of stretching
 
i'm itching to get started doing this. i look forward to being completely zapped. i'll prolly do the 5:30am class
 
its def goin to cut into my murkin time by several hours. i'll prolly hit the sack at like 9:30. 10 at the latest
 
You're young shouldn't affect you as much, me on the other hand, I need as much as possible! I'm hoping in the near future thay add a 9:30am class! That would add an extra hour of sleep!

Pull Ups x 5 ( I did 5 kippers w/ break in between) Still practicing these!

Pull Ups x 10 (mod. w/ rings)

( I did 7 rounds)

After WOD (5 min break) I ran 1 mile for 9min 58sec.

First workout today and it was brutal haha. Are any of you doing the Paleo diet?

I'm doing a modified paleo. I'm eating a lot of almonds between meals. I try to eat as much beef, chicken, fish as possible. I eat alot of fruit, at least 2 servings a day. But if I can't get what I need, I just watch my portions. If I have to order out, I'll eat half then and save the other half for later. I drink Xtend recovery drink + a protein drink and bar within an hour post work out.
 
Full cleans = Start from the floor, clean the weight up then squat down and touch butt to a medicine ball (which is below parallel) back up straight, then put wieight down onto the floor, and start again!
