I understand man. I say just stay of the scales at first and see how you feel. If you like how you are building and looking stick with it. If you don't try some thing else. I wouldn't worry about weight.

That would be a good one. 185 is about right I'd say. Just a little more than body weight you can handle that.

Used 185 on Deads and finished at 10:26.

Took me 20-30 seconds to move back and forth stations so I probably spent a good 2-3 minutes moving back and forth. Should have done them together, but I was to lazy to move everything.

Not bad, didn't have to stop at any point but slowed down just a little bit.

Afterward, I sat in a puddle of my sweat while talking to a buddy for a couple minutes.

Sounds like you had a good workout. It takes a little time to get use to being done with a workout in ten mins.

I know after doing crossfit I can't go back to just doing a body building type workout. I get so bored because it doesn't feel like you are doing anything.

goin to this wk. last wk i had to go back to vandy to run some tests, been sick ever since. hope to drop off my forms and pay tomorrow.
