I understand man. I say just stay of the scales at first and see how you feel. If you like how you are building and looking stick with it. If you don't try some thing else. I wouldn't worry about weight.
Took me 20-30 seconds to move back and forth stations so I probably spent a good 2-3 minutes moving back and forth. Should have done them together, but I was to lazy to move everything.
Sounds like you had a good workout. It takes a little time to get use to being done with a workout in ten mins.
I know after doing crossfit I can't go back to just doing a body building type workout. I get so bored because it doesn't feel like you are doing anything.
