I Don't disagree about holding officers to a higher standard......... But we can do something about criminals like him. Be tough on crime and criminals, especially violent criminals...... Too many of these guys are on parole or released with no bail these days. You won't stop them all, but you can save lives and maybe deter these criminals at the same time.

Lax enforcement and sentences have done nothing to make things better for anyone but criminals.

The people in charge of Charlotte apparently. If you can't keep them locked up, you better make sure you keep your disturbed citizens in other facilities to keep the public safe.

Everyone has rights but you forfeit some of those rights as a violent or career criminal.

I didn't see that mental health was why he was released. I thought that it was because he was incorrectly not deemed a menace.
Yes indeed we need to do a better job with those who are a threat to themselves or others because of mental issues.

I may have the facts wrong. Either way these judges, jails and mental health systems failed this man and the poor woman he killed.

Those claiming this wasnt about race have it wrong as well. His words and his actions by singling her out prove as much, mentally unstable or not. There are some uncomfortable and delicate discussions that need to happen.

We can't point fingers, we can't get defensive when it goes against sensibilities, that goes outward for all races. There are some serious problems.

Yeah the POS that killed her is from an entire family of felons. His brother is doing a 36 bid for murder, his dad is a convicted felon with violent charges who has done time, and his sister has multiple felony larceny charges and 2 felony conspiracy charges along with a bunch of theft and fraud. Great family there. Been an absolute cancer to this city for decades. The murderer was previously diagnosed with several serious mental illnesses and 14 prior convictions with at least 2 felonies just here in Charlotte. A black, democrat activist judge freed that POS on his own signature with NO CASH BOND just a couple weeks prior to him brutally murdering that poor little girl. I saw an article from her neighbor and buddy that said the Ukraine girl was a liberal with a big BLM poster in her room...if she knew a little more about violent crime statistics and the history on that little train she would have known better than to ride that thing at night alone and almost certainly still be alive. Its very sad and upsetting. Bad look for Charlotte too...not that the Dems in control give a damn or will do anything at all to keep it from happening again

An intimate new picture of singer D4vd, 20, and a dead 13-year-old girl he was in a relationship with has emerged - as police raided the singer's house searching for blood evidence on Wednesday.

The image depicted D4vd and the late teen, Celeste Rivas, sitting together in a green booth at a venue, as a picture flash can be seen in a mirror in the background. The two appeared to be cozy at the time, as the teenager was pictured staring affectionately at the TikTok breakout.

The discovery of the images comes as police exited the premises with multiple bags of evidence as well as a computer, TMZ reported Wednesday.

The remains of Rivas - who was reported missing in May of 2024 - were discovered in an impounded Tesla under the rapper’s name in Hollywood, California earlier this month.

At one point during the stream, Rivas was encouraging D4vd to answer a question from a viewer.

D4vd purportedly reposted a TikTok clip showing a man chopping up lunchmeat, suggesting that was the proper way to deal with a love interest who was 'talking to other' people.

Death of ‘Trey’ Reed Ruled As ‘suicide,’ MS Medical Examiner Says​


GRENADA, Miss. — The Mississippi Medical Examiner’s Office has determined the manner of “Trey” Reed’s death was ruled as a suicide, according to the Cleveland Police Department.

On Wednesday, the office conducted an autopsy and found that “the cause of death to be hanging and the manner of death as suicide.”

They said final toxicology reports are pending and may take two to four weeks to complete.


CPD said as part of the investigation, all files and investigative material have been turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for review.

This is just plan sad. You cannot change the character of a person just because they get money and in a lot of cases it puts their bad character in hyperdrive. He is innocent until proven guilty but the warning signs don't look good. There are many more hoodrats out there who'd make you sick to your stomach knowing your daughter was hanging out with them regardless of how much money they have because they treat women with great disrespect. I would not be surprised if they located sextapes. If found guilty, put this fool under the jail.

He was a child molester before the murder. Started dating her at 13yo. Got her pregnant . They got matching tattoos
Then he murdered her and left her in the trunk of his car. He deserves the death penalty for 2 counts of murder plus rape of a minor. A 13yo girl cannot consent to sex.
