Worked at a doctor's office, internal medicine. Was in the lab talking to one of the lab techs when the mail was delivered. Patients were give hemoccult cards to take home with them (tests for blood in the stool). To use it, you take a testing strip and barely touch the stool sample, then touch the card in three places. The card gets sealed and is safe to mail back to the doctor's office where a chemical is applied and shows if there is any trace of blood. The package they mail back is flat....normally. One elderly patient used the paper inside the kit (which floats in the toilet so you have time to get your sample on the test strip) to wrap up a "sample". Maybe it wasn't the craziest thing I've ever seen, but definitely one of the funniest when the lab tech realized why the package was so, um, bulky. haha
