Are you sure the LV’s made a profit? TV revenue was even worse back then for WBB.

I think they broke even +/- a bit most years back in the glory days. Never made much of a profit. Alot of value was assumed just from having someone as iconic as Pat represent the university. The LVs were a brand back in that day. Sigh.
