I partially agree with the sarcasm here...Yes, the players are responsible for seemingly not knowing how to wrap up and make a tackle or the QB not being able to take the 8 yards that the defense is giving you every play. However, who's job is it to teach that? Additionally, who's job is it to enforce the standards? Who's job is it to ensure that if you've been taught the standard and refuse to uphold that standard then you can go ride the pine? There's only one correct answer to those questions.....COACHES. I think Heupel is more worried about being Mr. Nice Guy laughing, joking, and dancing with his team instead of instilling the discipline necessary to build a championship culture in the locker room. The perfect example of that was apparent last night going into the half when they showed Aguilar laughing and joking about the incompletions he just threw. How are you laughing and joking after getting punched in the mouth for the last 30 minutes? How are you not pissed off at how you and your teammates are performing? That's not a winning culture and it's a direct reflection of the man in charge.
