Translation:
Vance will have to make a choice soon to either decide to be a common sense conservative and actually accomplish something or return to the RINO Country Club Republican fold and still get invited to all of the right Georgetown cocktail parties while accomplishing nothing beyond playing footsie with the democrats.
Back in the day it was choosing to be either a Goldwater Conservative vs a Rockefeller Republican. Same song different verse.

I think pacifist, stable Repubs handing one institution after another to the left is how we got to Trump. The Dem party shows no sign of change and we can't return to a Bush, McCain, Romney party. By fighting necessary battles with the left, bureaucracy, and courts now, Trump is creating a space for a MAGA guy with broadened appeal. He's rumored to have asked both men "Which one of you is it going to be?"

I think Rubio has an edge but it's early.

No sir. Richmond bound in October. Then who knows after January. Might go check out Greece for a few months.

I was just in Jackson this week. Stopped in to pick up some Pig House BBQ. The owner hadn't seen me since I was a kid and immediately recognized me in the drive through.

Please do explain. MAGA isn’t trump. It’s a common sense mindset of people who want laws enforced, choose life, want a border, a strong military, and want to put America first. So many thing this will disappear once trump is done. It won’t.

What do you think Vance will change?

Yesterday finalized it. Like I say, people on the left who are outside of the conservative world have no concept whatsoever of the sea change that transpired over the last 24 hours. They basically made every Republican into a new Charlie Kirk.

I try to stay out of the politics of all this, because it’s generally an exercise in futility.

But I’ve concluded that I will never be able to wrap my head around somebody hating so much that it comes to this.

It’s sad, and frankly embarrassing, that our political discourse results in violence.

And anybody with half a brain cell should see this is a senseless tragedy no matter what.

Most everything is a reaction to what preceded.
Some are slight over reactions and some are insane over reactions.

The reaction of shooting out someone's tires because they cut you off in traffic is an insane over reaction.
Would they have shot out the tires had they not been cut off? Absolutely not. But that in no way changes the fact that it was an insane, unwarranted overreaction.....even though the guy who cut him off was also in the wrong and likely a gigantic turd.
