I don’t expect violence but I do expect the same level of organizational effort and energy from the right in contesting every single election. The days of simply showing up to vote every 2 years are over.
We will not rest until either 1) the democrats return to sanity or 2) no democrat can get elected to any office in America (even dog catcher).

No bipod? No adjustable cheek pad? No other features to enhance accuracy from a typical prone or seated sniper position? Looks like any normal deer rifle. Not the weapon of choice for a pro for sure.

All valid. But let's say just for devil's advocate, as soon as the second guy started his arm sequence, the shooter moved his scope back over. That would be in the realm of possibility at that point.

However, being that it all can just as plausibly and likely be coincidence, if you've ever watched any amount of his clips in these open mics, Kirk has movement tendancies where he leans forward and lays the mic down and leans right back into the position he was in when shot when someone is asking questions. That shot was timed and impacted the second he returned to upright.

Seriously though

It's a cheap piece with a composite stock. It's a hunting rifle. It's bolt action and there wasn't a reload attempt (if it is pictured as it was found).

Is the scope set properly for the range at which is was fired?

Again, for the ricochet theory, it would have to be plates and those would be very noticeable. And regardless, plates, even steel ones aren't designed to ricochet upwards since it was a downward trajectory shot.

Simple physics at work here. The angles aren't right at all.
