So it is OK for a Fr player who wants to become the team's leader to put his personal agenda in front of his team?
Of course. But I want him to want to earn it more. By all accounts at that point Dormady had won the job outright. Jones pretty obviously didn't like that outcome and kept the "competition" open until Dormady played poorly then got injured giving him an opportunity to change QB's. It seems likely that no one thought JG should be playing... except JG.
I've never hated him. I've had some reservations but have given him credit for moving past that one event. He at least doesn't show it openly if he has those feelings.
Don’t be naive. Like I pointed out to another poster, there’s not a back up QB in division 1 college football that wants the guy in front of him to succeed. It’s just a fact and it’s ok. They didn’t come here to be back ups. I have no problem with JGs demeanor on the sideline. I do have a problem with how he’s playing now tho
