Carolina Panthers

I like the Elijah Holyfield pick up. I think he’ll make the team. I actually like him better than Jordan Scarlett.

I'm excited to see what this defense looks like in 3-4/multiple sets. Gaulden is the biggest question mark, so if he can nail down the S or Nickle spot the Panthers can be a top 5 D. They'll definitely be tested with their schedule - LAR, HOU, GB, SEA, IND, + ATL(x2), NO(x2).

Healthy Kyle is better than unhealthy Cam. Healthy Cam is a lot better than healthy Kyle. This isn’t that hard.

No, healthy Kyle is better than Healthy Cam.
When’s the last time healthy Cam had a good game? They don’t run an offense that suits Cam anymore. He’s not running even when healthy and his mechanics haven’t gotten any better since JC ball. To make Cam work in the Turner offense he needs to be accurate and he’s simply not.

Well bless your heart!
Assuming you didn’t watch any of the first eight games last year. When Cam was 6-2 and had better numbers than his MVP season. You know...everything before he got smacked in the shoulder.

I don’t know that he’s “done” in the NFL, but it’s very possible that he’s played his last game for Carolina. He’s got a BIG cap number next year that they can get away from for a couple mil, and I don’t see them keeping him without a contract renegotiation that would greatly reduce what he’s slated to make. He may never be healthy again, which is too much to risk for, IIRC, $21 mil.

So who makes a move for Cam? Bears? Steelers? Bengals? Titans? I can see him in Chicago, but that's about it. Not that every other NFL team has its QB, but that looks like the best fit for him. Which means Brady will leave and Bill makes Cam the MVP again.

As a Titans fan, please reconsider being so eager to get rid of a franchise QB in order to move forward with a bad one. The "maybe he'll get better" game generally just leads to frustration.

Getting rid of a solid QB because he "doesn't fit the offense" that you'll probably only be running for a year or two is very very backwards. It's a lot harder to find a decent QB (and Kyle Allen ain't it) than it is to find a coordinator that will play to the strengths of his personnel.

This is an embarrassing showing today. With Cam done for the year, and possibly done as a Panther, might Tepper decide to blow it all up and build everything around CMC?

I’m sick
I’m embarrassed
I no longer know what the hell is going on

Can we just cut Reid already? He sucks at doing the basic things that make you a good football player: tackling. He’s more concerned about his buddy and how he’s been portrayed.

Reid definitely hasn’t been the problem. Your boy Kyle “better than healthy Cam” Allen has been pretty awful, though

I’m good with Allen considering Cam can’t play at all. Even if he were healthy the offense just isn’t built for his style of play. Keep thinking that it’ll magically be fixed with him though

If your OC is running an offense that doesn’t fit his QB, he needs to adjust his offense.
