gotta say, i'm impressed. TG jr and PB have stepped up. Cam has been very good, running and throwing. and dare i ssay the play calling has been pretty darn good as well.

can't say enough about gregg olsen. i'll pick on special teams because that was supposed to be an emphasis of improvement.....and it wasn't so special yesterday.

Klein has proven to be valuable as a back up...

Josh Norman is the man.

only gripe defensively, where's the pass rush??? at some point we're gonna have to get to the QB. we're going to play teams in the near future that the pass rush is going to matter.

but, 3-0....feeling pretty good about it. Go Panthers.

Gettleman heard our cries. Just announced, Panthers have traded a conditional pick to the Bears for Jared Allen. If he has anything left in the tank, this will be a great move. Ealy and the young pass rushers can learn tons from a pro like Allen.

Conditional pick. Everything I'm reading is a late round pick, anywhere from the 5-7 round range.

Edit: Jay Glazer (who broke the story) is reporting that it is a 6th rounder. Great value there, IMO.

He's still got tread on the tires. I hate that it took Johnson getting hurt to make the move, and I hope this isn't a sign that he's gonna be out a while. Could pay real dividends as the season plays out. I like it.

Allen wasn't right for that 3-4. This move will be good for him and great for Carolina. Maybe we can get CJ back by December when we play the Falcons.

call me crazy, but i think we're capable of getting 3. i think it's time for Rivera to win a game off the bye. we do that, and i will take my chances against Philly and IND at home.

GB is the only one that truly looks like a L.

but...if we do split the next 4, 6-2 at the half way point would be just fine.

I work with a Bucs fan and every year we come up with some sort of a bet where the loser of the Panthers/Bucs game has to do something silly.
Now this guy is my partner on my podcast, so please take a few minutes to listen to the beginning of our latest episode.
