You got it...I will even give you 2nd team...not just honorable mention. I appreciate your effort to get me going. LOL!!! GO VOLS!!!

Reporting someone for stealing from you isn't snitching.

It's not like he could just walk up to Cam and say give me my damn computer back you puss. And it's also not likely that he could round up a posse of kicker buddies to back him up.

CDD should take this gift of an opportunity and cut palardy too. Snitching is detrimental to team unity, or something.

Cam Clear is charged felony theft between $ 1,000 and $9,999. UTPD are pressing charges..

There’s a felony theft charge of between $1 and $999 and then there’s this charge which is much more serious. This is obviously the more serious charge.

Law enforcement sources inform tonybasilio.com that If it’s a felony, police can sign the warrant without victim cooperation. So, either one victim decided to press charges , multiple folks or none at all.

Sources tell me that at least four teammates were allegedly stolen from by Clear.

Several items have disappeared over the last several weeks in Gibbs Hall dating back to November.

Several iPads, several iPods. Several personal computers as well. Lots of stuff.

I’ve been told by great sources that it was close to 10K worth of merchandise.

Bonding out on $2,500. So for $275 (bond, plus court fees) he’s out.

What I’ve learned is that Cam Clear was caught on video tape several weeks back.

At one point, Derek Dooley thought he had this thing calmed down and handled internally.

I understand from folks I trust that Cam Clear has been pretty trouble free until this matter but this is an obviously serious charge. We will see how it plays out from here.

Dang! $10,000 worth of stuff

You can't sweep that under the rug. Cam's a goner. And rightfully so if that turns out to be the case

If this turns out to be true, all kidding aside, it's extremely hard to wrap your head around.

Here is what an insider said on vq

...after hearing about the Cameron Clear situation, I decided to call "Mr. Echo" to see what the real scoop is. From my conversation with "Mr. Echo", he has led me to believe that Cameron's child may be the reason for Cameron's actions. According to "Mr. Echo", Cameron could not afford to pay for all the expenses of having a child, so his plan was to steal valuables and sell them for quick cash. "Mr. Echo" has been wrong on a few occasions, but he was very convincing in our conversation tonight. "Mr. Echo" reiterated that Cameron is a great kid who made a mistake and should be given a second chance. "Mr. Echo" also gave me this last line as we ended our conversation, " This is why college athletes should be paid G*d D*mnit"

The stealing from teammates is definitely odd, it seems almost desperate.
To possibly support a child? To me it doesn't make sense.. Anyways prob end up as a Memphis Tiger. Don't see anything good coming from this from Vol standpoint.

Wanted to see this kid do great things as a Vol. If your CD you have to kick him off.

This isn't something new. This is why things should stay internal. Worse things happen between the football players or in the locker room than this. This is why "inside" info isn't always good. People wouldn't want to know everything that goes on.

Good lord this needs to be stickied.

Understand that just saying that since its public Dooley will hafta lay the hammer down.

This is what I get for automatically assuming that the "Dooley Will Get Fired Midseason" article would be the most bizarre thread of the day.:banghead2:
