Cam Clear Arrested (merged)

So what would possession be, they didn't say selling - steeling- the OP said possession. the cops would have to have proof.

I'm saying if he stole it, and if he still had it later, same difference. If I steal a car, but don't have it when I'm arrested, does it make stealing it any different?

Why in the world would he waste this opportunity (If it's true) for just a few items? If he plays his cards right, he could make a lot more in the NFL...

He might get another chance if this is first offense because he gave D Bonner a second chance. Of course Bonner was not on team at the time.

Basilio is a damn good man. I promise you that. Does he exaggerate, incite, and and sensationalize a few things? Of course he does, the man is a sports talk radio show host, an entertainer. But he's also a Tennessee fan, not one of these douchebags that only tell you what they think the "Market" wants to hear. The people on here that give him so much sh** about his opinions on sports I get, but any dumbass on here questioning the man as a person has obviously never met nor spoke to him. He is a man of God, and for me to say that it means a lot because I am far from religious..

what, the OP never said anything about steeling, but "Possession of stolen property". Not saying he didn't steel it, but if the OP is correct. sounds like he had possession of said property, I would assume after all this broke about 2 weeks ago.

I really hope this all is not true.

Obviously Cam Clear is just a confidential informant for the KPD and got in too deep. They had to fake his arrest in order to pull him out of the fray before the real heat comes down. He will be released and Cleared of all charges through further investigation.

To be arrested for possession of stolen property, he would have still have had to had stolen property in his posession, if everything was cleared up earlier, and he gave the property back, how could they charge him then for possession?

We'll prolly be left to wonder what if anything was ever "cleared up." My guess is that a charge of possession would lead to an investigation of the theft and any other possible persons involved. The accused could cooperate or take the fifth. Either way, it doesn't look good for the accused if there is real evidence obtained with legal process.

Apparently, a parent was not satisfied with the internal punishment, apologies, and agreement to make things right that stemmed from the allegations last month and elected to press charges when they came to campus last week to assist their son in moving out for the semester.

I thought you said there was nothing to the original allegations. If so, why would there be a need for internal punishment or apologies?
