Deerpark didn't say anything other than "when the parents got to town". How does that make it a second incident?
.He didn't. I said that his story sounded likely. I posted something before that hoping it was something that deerpark ended up posting. I was just saying if he did all the right things and got the situation cleared up , only to go do it again... well that's just stupid. He would need to go. I'm hoping deerpark is right. I'd hate to see him get kicked off the team.

Apparently, a parent was not satisfied with the internal punishment, apologies, and agreement to make things right that stemmed from the allegations last month and elected to press charges when they came to campus last week to assist their son in moving out for the semester.

How is that apparent? That sounds like pure speculation on your part.
It's not exactly a big leap.
It just seems like Dooley would have talked with all parents of involved players and come to some kind of resolution within the "football family". If everyone wasn't on board with whatever restitution or punishment was indicated at the time then it seems like it would be pointless to have continued at that point and go forward as if everything was handled and under control.
