Interesting logic. The Commander in Chief is not allowed to command the NG? If he is not, then does that mean the states' governor is in charge? I don't think the guard takes an oath to the governor.Looks like CA is suing on the basis that Trump doesn't have the authority to activate the NG. Dumb lawsuit.
