Since Butch thinks his goal is to win 6 games and get bowl eligible every year, I bet he does feel underappreciated. I mean, he believes his doing his job, so what's the problem?

Agree. And I really do believe we're gonna lose one more....and then the ish is really gonna hit the fan for B*tch. And he ain't gonna handle it well, at all.

Proof of what? Even the unapologetic Butch supporters said Hyams said he's reading between the lines on comments. Butch isn't dumb enough to come out and explicitly say "the fans under appreciate me."

Every Coach in the SEC works hard. Tired of people acting like Jones is the Savior of UT. We have always been able to pull in good recruit's.,but if you bring in 74 and 25 leave early I don't think your all that.

Butch needs to adjust his O to his current team. His O has never been ranked very high because of his failure to do so. He lacks imagination, and that creates huge problems in big boy football

A lot of you in this thread should feel underappreciated, with your coaching experience you should be on the sidelines somewhere. I bet half of you on here have only played football via PlayStation or Xbox

Luckily for Butch there is a little known clause in his contract that provides for an unlimited supply of Pamprin and Midol.

I bet half of us enjoy our line of work better than coaching and chose to go another route. You act as if we all tried it and failed while Butch rose above us. I made a killer Little League baseball coach. Had a pursued it more heavily the Cubs and Joe Maddon would've never stood a chance.

I think this is big point. We had a four game season to still win the SECe. Even with injuries, even with Hurd, he should've had this team very ready to go, especially after a bye week.

Please how many times has Butch said on his radio show.. Tennessee fans have the right to be upset they deserve better. You are the caretaker of this program as you put it... now surround yourself with great coordinators and we won't have this problem.

1st of all I don't see Butch sayin anything to the sorts of this, but just to interject my 2 cents......I appreciate what he has done here, now with that being said he still he room for improvements in the staff and game management.
