I thought it was a interview. Why would he say this if he did not hear this ? I like Butch but he needs to take responsibility that his criticism from fans is somewhat just and he does make alot of money to deal with it.

Can you give examples of lies he has spewed? I'm asking. I don't like the guy because of the way he went after Hurd's mother 6 weeks after the fact, but is he libelous/slanderous?

Given the playoff committee obviously took strength of schedule into account, had Jones and our coaches had our players prepared to play every game, we would be sitting in the number four spot instead of A&M.

No because I don't live in Knoxville. Butch doesn't need to say it explicitly, if it's reading the context of sentiment, so what? Is Hyams the only one who can decipher what CBJ is feeling based on his comments; even if vague in nature?

He's lashed out at the media repeatedly, has made excuses for how long the rebuild process should take, downplayed the loss last week by telling fans there's a lot of football left and focus on that etc. Rarely does anything he says confirm that he understands the nature of SEC football. He acts like everyone else are the crazy ones for emphasizing it too much.

Did you even watch the aTm game? TURNOVERS lost that game for us--so I certainly won't blame CBJ for that game, but good grief, man....injuries didn't lose us that game...

The USCe game is it in evaluating CBJ this year.....He & Debord truly blew chunks in that game, and they had 2 weeks to prepare........I don't know how CBJ feels, but I know what I saw on the field against Muschamp....and CBJ and his offensive crew looked like a bunch of Jr. high coaches.....and that just the truth......:salute:

Butch is in danger of having the vowel in his name changed.

I said it yesterday....he doesn't like to be questioned or criticized. He does not handle it well. We'll see what he's really made of if he struggles against Tech, or loses to one of the weak sisters of the East. It's not gonna be pretty.
