Spare me the BS excuses Beecher. The fact is Peterman won the number 2 spot. A mountain of evidence supports that fact. All the evidence supports that fact. If you want to lie to yourself and write your own narrative, that's your prerogative, but I'm not an idiot. I follow the evidence - evidence you consistently ignore and never answered.
Don't pretend your rank speculations about recent coaching decisions are evidence that overturn well-established facts, while the solid facts and evidence I laid out are 'speculation'. You only indict yourself and lose my respect.
Honestly, I still don't think you can really say definitively what Peterman is or isn't.
I never tried to argue anything you said. I stated from the beginning I don't care who plays as long as we win. My only real opinion is that you are possibly insane. Maybe you are dating Peterman or really want to be dating him. Either way you are way too invested in him. And I find it weird. I'm certain I have an argument there.
One more thing before I let you be right. Since your so into proof and quotes, please show us the quote/proof where CBJ and staff said: "We are gonna go ahead and name Peterman the backup because Dobbs is gonna redshirt, even though he (Dobbs) is the better QB." You can't because it has never been said. Your whole argument is based on conjecture, just like everyone else.
Smart people can also infer things based on who is on the field and who is not.
Yes, and Peterman was on the field at #2 up to and including Bama.
The facts are overwhelming. Peterman won that spot. Dobbs has improved and moved into the #1 spot based on Bama and SC. Butch is still withholding judgement far more than the fans.

Or .... with Peterman's redshirt already used up, Butch determines that he'd be #2 and there was no point in burning another year of Dobbs' eligibility being a mop up guy if Worley could get 6 wins.Yes, and Peterman was on the field at #2 up to and including Bama.

Only the coaches know the answer ... and it's a moot point anyway.
If that's the case, why wouldn't they have brought Peterman back in for a series or two against Alabama to get snaps under his belt? Did the score being just close enough somewhat paint Butch into a corner? Not arguing- asking a legitimate question.
