I think you're partly right about some beer drinkers. I think that some do choose different types of beers for show. Just don't try to shine that light on everyone. But, for me, it's a taste thing not a show of class or such. I don't drink much anymore, but when I do I go for a taste I like. To me, most beers produced in this country by large conglomerates just don't taste good.

Idk about hillbillies or fruit but too few people know what a real beer tastes like. American light beer is water, the alcholic kind. Give me a beer with tint!

So good I cant keep it in the house, because I drink all of it available. And I hate Bud Light. Something about that synthetic lime taste...

I'm no hillbilly I just don't put my self above or below anyone. Drink what you like but who are to say it's garbage just because you don't like it.

This one time me and my buddy got buzzed on molsen and tried to ride a moose, talk about bad trip Eh,

On second thought that might have been BL lime and a donkey we tied deer antlers on I can't recall
