A person who isn't a "Respector of Persons" can create a great unity with a solid core just about every time. The O Lineman knows that the coach counts on them just as much as he counts on the QB... etc

A person who is a "Respector of Persons" will hold others opinions and wants above other athletes and this can/will eventually become like a cancer to a team. The only reason it has the ability to work in the NFL (sometimes) is because players are paid houndreds of thousands of dollars. This will keep the unhappy guys, well happy.

Your comments seem to say that I am a "Fly by night" fan, happy when were winning and upset when where down. If you were one of the other RB's, I am willing to bet you wouldn't be happy if Dooley was there kissing BB butt as if the team couldn't live without him. This isn't like a 5 year old in the candy isle screaming I want BB now get him for me... NOW. This is like an organized coach making a tough decision but choosing to show to his players that no one is more important then the guy beside him.

The guy played through a nagging injury last year as well. That says a lot about his resilience.

I would love to have him on the team, but it won't make or break anything. To sit there and try to demean the guy or talk down on him just because he's likely headed elsewhere is juvenile and petty.

just stating fact! speaking of demean a guy or talk down on him, what the heck have the majority of ya'll done with Poole? as i stated above i stick by my comment with regards to his work ethic.

Nobody has demeaned Poole. Some of us just want to see him accomplish something on the field before we give him praise.

He tried to play him over MH. BB could not get the job done. If he had of, BB would have started. And yeah, your comment about Poole lacks (as usual) one BIG Fact ... he was never given a chance last year. When he was in there though he had more YPC than your beloved BB. That is a fact. You can make your stupid comments all you want but it is a 100% fact.

If I remember correctly, Dooley put this decision squarely on Bryce's shoulders. He started this melodrama and it's his to end.

I personally believe he is gone and both parties are aware of it, and they've just decided not to make a big deal out of it.

SGMVols this question is off topic but in your screen name you have SGM which is the Military abbreviation for Sergeant Major. is that what the SGM stands for in your case? just an old Army vet wondering, thanks.

This may be true, but I'm pretty sure DD will be glad when he can answer all of those questions being asked about BB. So when there is a definet answer we all will know when it happens! JMO

No, I'm not saying there will be a presser about the whole thing!!...LOL
