Ahhh, hat and I got into it a couple of weeks back. I don't regret the wager, I'm pretty confident I'll win, but I almost hate to see hat go. For all his venom, he is a sharp poster.

hat says UT will go no better than 2-7 against UF, UGA, and Bama over the next 3 seasons. I took the "over". Loser leaves VolNation.

I'll miss hat. I won't miss SGM, assuming (a) he has the sack to back up his words, and (b) he has the character to honor the wager.

hat has been here a long time, and he will be missed. SGM will be replaced within a week by the next idiot NegaVol with an internet connection.

Hard to say...but all I need is 3 out of 9. I can see 2 out of 3 against UGA, and then all I need is 1 out of 3 against UF or 1 of 3 against Bama. I like the odds.

Time will tell.

I plan to be here at the end of the '12 season, and working on getting SGM to take the bait.

Ehhh, I don't know.. If we beat GA one solid time in the next 3 years (which we will) then he only has to get 2 lucky wins for the other 8 match-ups. Those are pretty good odds in his favor.

It takes more than just a little luck to beat Alabama and Florida these days.

Riding on the fact that we can't beat them on a fluke win is risky. You are right, but it is also not impossible to beat them. That is all I was saying.

These two lucky wins also include Richt as well, and we very well could beat them 3 years in a row. I get that you all think you are right, but I was just saying it is risky.

So GA will not have a football program if Richt is fired? I am thinking a win against a non-Richt Ga is the same, but I am glad you shared this inside intel with me.
