LOL at how everyone said Bryce was the stuff when he got here. My how things have changed since he decided to stick it to us. I think most people are just pissed he is gone.......

I'm not mad. I was happy they got him. He has all the physical attributes you expect in a great back.

However, I was not all that impressed with what he did as a freshman. CLK did everything but hand the starting job to him on a silver platter but he couldn't take it. He then became #2 by default and saw his PT in competitive situations decline for the rest of the year. In the meanwhile, ALOT of people were saying that Poole had outperformed him in practice all along.

I hope he stays at UT and becomes the great back he can be. If he goes elsewhere, I think he will become a very good back. I'm just saying that he didn't light the stars or hang the moon last fall.

As much as I'd hate to see him go, we have a lot of weapons at RB/WR/TE. Honestly, we have the #1 APB from the class of 2009 and the #9 RB from the class of 2010 waiting to step in and try to be our second RB behind Poole.

No doubt that losing BB would be a blow to our team...I'm sure we're better off with him than without him. However, we have much bigger concerns this fall: a killer schedule, 0 returning starters on O-Line, and a quarterback who will be taking his first SEC snaps.

+1 Good post!

Yeah but every family has an idiot they have to defend because... there family. He's no longer in the family so I call an idiot an idiot.

He's an idiot because he left tennessee for somewhere he wanted to be all along making much more money?

No. He's an idiot because he's an idiot. I thought he was an idiot before we hired him but I'm saying I defended the idiot to outsiders because he was our coach. Now I call him for what he is.

And in other news, he was a true freshman in the SEC.

Kiffin is a genious JMO, to say other wise is wrong. I hate the man, but he's making bank in the best part of the country.

he's a genius at selling himself but your best part of the country part is pretty much wrong

And he had the luxury of backing up a Heisman winner. You put Bryce Brown in that situation and he does just as well. A killer O-Line and a power back wearing down a defense can do that.

Really?!? You watched those two backs run last year and still think Brown is in the same league as Richardson? I don't know how any sane person could draw that conclusion based on watching them play rather than Rivals rankings. Regardless of O-line differences, the differences between the two in running back skill were vast (vision, power and cutting ability in particular).
