Breaking Bad on amc

I like this show, but I was watching about 3 episodes/week and got burnt out by the end of season II. I'll have to start on it again.

A lot of my people are from New Mexico and I have to say it's an excellent portrayal of the region. I wish the Coens would do a movie about New Mexicans cause they are odd (in a good way) and the Coens are great at capturing regional culture.

I think season 3 is the best of them so far....

I think the up coming season will be the best season so far. This show has stepped it up from season to season to season why stop now.

Just think how much Walter has transformed since season 1. Up to this point everything he has done was to cover up or to fix as a reactionary measure. This season, however, I think will be about him establishing control and becoming nearly untouchable. JMO.

This is supposed to be the darkest season for Walt. So I see him being the guy you don't want to eff with....

So is this the last season, or will there be a 5th? In that linked article, Giligan says he can imagine a 5th, but nothing beyond that.

There will be a 5th, but he doesn't know after that.

I think 5 will be perfect. When shows get more and more seasons based on success they get watered down and writers are stretching for ideas (Weeds).

This show is so good, can't wait for this season.

To add to the excitement, a sneak peak of season 2 of The Walking Dead will air during the premiere.

The scene in the lab tonight was almost unbearable for me to watch even though I was pretty sure of the outcome.

Gonna be an awkward situation between the 2 sides now. Definitely will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I hate how Hank's character had to turn out. I understand why it did though.

Very good episode, that scene in the lab was intense. Can't wait to see how things play out between the two sides.

So. Thoughts on why Gus killed Victor?

Maybe because he didn't have authorization to cook? .......and he was seen at Gayle's murder scene.

Overall, for shock value...I read somewhere that this season was going to open up on Gus a bit, find out some of his history.

It was a combination of things. Victor said he was spotted at the crime scene so he didn't exactly help his cause much. Plus I think Gus was wanting to scare the living **** out of Walt and Jesse after what had transpired. He had to remind them who they were working for.
