Breaking Bad on amc

AMC will be playing the show from start to finish on Wednesday nights. Setting my DVR.

I watched the second season and loved this show, but I haven't seen any of the other seasons.

I just finished season 3 yesterday.

This show is really good, & is now firmly in my top 3 with Deadwood & the Wire.

didn't watch this show when it first came out but after seeing the pilot for the first time last night i might have to start catching up.

just finished up season 2 and i have to say that i'm beyond impressed with this series. the writing, cinematography, and acting are all superb and rival anything i've ever seen on television. can't wait to start season 3 to get caught up for when it starts back up this summer.

just got caught up with all 3 seasons after watching the reruns amc has been showing for the past few months.

don't really see how anybody can say this show is getting stale or has run its course like some have posted on here. there are a million different possible directions it can go after the season 3 finale. can't wait for this summer.

In no way do I think it's stale, but I might not disagree with the run it's course part.

Only reason I say that is look at the situation Walt and Jesse are in. They pissed off every drug related person they meet, the DEA is looking for them (even though they don't know who they are), and now they're going up against the Cartel head in the US (Gus).

I just don't see how they can continue to live with everything that's happened. The only way I can see this series ending is with their death (or imprisonment). And under the circumstances they're in, I just don't see them living much longer.

But I love the show. Is one of my favorite.

it's gotten very repetative and as thedeeble is saying they are consistantly supposed to be on the edge of death or imprinsonment and the next episode somehow everything is a ok.

walt and jesse have been close to being caught or have been in real danger several times, but nothing that compares with what happened at the end of season 3 IMO. you're right in that it's hard to imagine the show ending without one or both of them dying or getting locked up, but that's just what makes the show so interesting every week.

i don't know, i just feel like this show has in no way run its couse. its in its prime right now IMO.

good to hear. i will book that date. anyone like the show rubicon also on amc? i thought it was good. just wondering if it will be back for another season.

I liked rubicon. Unfortunately me and you are in the minority because it was cancelled after the season.

I like this show, but I was watching about 3 episodes/week and got burnt out by the end of season II. I'll have to start on it again.

A lot of my people are from New Mexico and I have to say it's an excellent portrayal of the region. I wish the Coens would do a movie about New Mexicans cause they are odd (in a good way) and the Coens are great at capturing regional culture.
