Stop and frisk is a precursor to requesting papers and illegal detainment. Search and seizure without a warrant would spell the death of liberty in America.

If those firearms in Chicago are already being sold or obtained illegally, hence your "illegal" designation, it's this a paradox?

And I would bet the teacher of those children would agree. Funny thing though they are rights not conveniences.

I respect the premise of burning the American flag as an expression of free speech and believe it should be left alone

I also know I might, MIGHT, get myself in a lot of trouble if it happens in front of men but I’ll own my actions regardless.

My distaste for disrespecting the American flag does not give me the right to violate another individuals right of free speech for my convenience. It’s in a document somewhere....🤔

Seeing as you have to have an FOID to buy a gun in Illinois, how do they circumvent the law at a gunshow? Or do the Latin Kings keep a guy on the payroll with a clean record and a bad habit of leaving guns in trap houses?

It’s an escalation to use a firearm in commission of a crime almost across the board right? Or is that already universal or in US code? Even a legally purchased one? Man those criminals are dumb.

Legally purchased elsewhere, sold illegally in Illinois. Not sure where the disconnect is here?
