Bernie Sanders Thread

I was wondering about this just yesterday.. does he actually have a history behind this, or just some campaign compromise?

As a close friend of Sanders told National Journal: “He doesn’t really care about guns. But he cares that other people care about guns.

You tell me?

Gained 16 points in Iowa in just over a month. Still behind Hillary but he's catching her quickly.

IHillary has no record of accomplishment... Sanders is a lunatic ....
The milenneials need to understand that they will be saddled with horrible debt fthat will result in highest taxes which they have no concept of...They are being used

So they aren't saddled with horrible debt now? I am pretty sure we have not earned the right to lecture any other generations about the dangers of debt. We screwed the pooch, and future generations, ourselves and both parties are equally to blame.

Some of us still pay as we go and don't incur debt

I blame a lot of student loan debt on the parents. They had 18+ years to plan and did nothing and then turn to the goverment Complainjng about the cost of tuition or ask for assistance...

When the taxpayer subsidizes 60% (or so) of in-state tuition, it's pretty easy to get away with jacking up the price $1k here and $1k there, because the student only pays $400 of that significant increase.

I haven't been keeping up with Bernie. Has the media been asking him tough questions? You know, the ones the Hillary somehow doesn't get asked.
