It's ok in my book to not want him bc you don't think he is elite. But it's way passed time to get over how he left. We should all have one goal when it comes to this program. To win football games. That's it. If he can help make that happen then come on down.
I had a Coondog that bit my wife. She said to me "That dog bites and last week had sex with his daughter, get rid of it". I studied on it and couldn't get over the fact he treed 6 coons in one night. I did move him into his own pen and away from his daughter.Football and stupid petty girlfriend/boyfriend drama aren't even on the same level. This is a stupid and worn out comparison. Do you want to win football games or not?
He regrets it so much that he'd be willing to do practically the same thing to OM?
:shrug
If my dog treed 6 coons he could screw the wife.I had a Coondog that bit my wife. She said to me "That dog bites and last week had sex with his daughter, get rid of it". I can’t understand this “jilted fan complex” some of our fans have with Kiffin. Short of a former player or lifelong fan, no coach that comes to Tennessee is pledging lifetime loyalty and devotion. Folks need to get over it. If he’s the best option (and ... he very well may be, because he’s a helluva offensive coach, his players love him After 2020, he’s great with fans, and he is entertaining), then we should hire him.
