Sorry, but I am finished until you can make a single valid point other than the fact that you are superior. I am getting tired of you going around in circles. You ask why mix facts. But you have uttered ZERO facts since the start. My reading comprehension is fine. You're attention span leaves much to be desired as well. Read an entire post before taking things out of context. But, like you said, why start now, eh?
Oh... I don't disagree that there will be some who'll advocate giving him another year... but believe the overwhelming voice of the fans and boosters will make it tough to keep him on.
If he can bring the '11 class home in the top 20 with some quality OL/DL recruits then the set up for a potential next coach will be solid assuming most of the kids are still around.
OL roster in '13 should include: Stone, Fulton, Hood, Revis, Schofield, James, Pair, Posey, and whoever else they add in '11 as upper classmen. That would be the most talented group of OL upperclassmen I can remember at UT in several years.
Similar situation at DL, DB, and WR. We don't know about TE yet but that's an emphasis. QB/RB we don't know but doesn't look to be a hugh problem going forward... and contrary to popular belief Freshmen tend to have as much or more success at those positions as any other. LB is a concern but not a huge one. They seem to be recruiting system specific LB's.
So, from what I can tell, this thread has gone from bash Dooley, to the definition of support, and now has landed on make comments about each others intelligence. Quality.
The switch is not going to just flip the other direction.
He was in a hotbed for talent in a sorry excuse for a conference and couldn't win.
Excuse me for not being giddy like you all who bury your heads in the sand.

Plenty. If La Tech is such a bad school and in a sorry excuse for a conference, then why would any half decent recruit go there? You can't put the lack of talent on DD. Simple logic.
