If the only reason Bagget left is because of Rogers, then I wouldn't want him here. That might play into the overall reason, but there is absolutely no way that is the sole reason. If a coach quits just because of one player, then I don't want him here anyways.

There have been rumors that some of the coaches don't mesh well and don't trust each other. That could be one of the main reasons Bagget is gone. Just sayin...

Haha, what I was thinking. If Tee joined staff, it could be as qb coach. He has exp working with some great qb's and I think his addition would be more of a recruiting score than anything. JMO
