Automobilia etc....

I'm over those and the ugly halo rings on the headlights.

I'm also over bro-dozers.

The halos are fine as long as they're factory. It's the aftermarket ones that look like garbage.

One thing that annoys me is dumbasses who think that the LED "eyebrows" on their vehicle are a substitute for the actual headlights. May every one of those tools hit a deer or other large mammal that they would have seen if they'd had their headlights on.

I have all kinds of hate for those idiots.

Marginally better looking than the 2015. Greenhouse is still squashed and will probably restrict vision as much as before. 4 cylinder option disappointing compared to the Ecoboost in the Mustang.

I still would never buy one.

That's as busy as a beehive.

Seems to be the new Chevy way. Creases everywhere!

Anyway, I still think the new mustang is the best looking.

I love that shape:

Anybody that buys a Camaro/Challenger/Mustang with a 4 banger is doing it wrong anyway. All that matters is the V-8.

They will sell a ton of these in small towns.. Great for crushing the town square

GM's ignition switch problems aren't going away

An internal investigation revealed that engineers knew of the problem but approved the design anyway, then later redesigned the switch to fix it but did not assign a new part number to the altered switch as required. They also lied about and covered up their actions. GM CEO Mary Barra fired 15 employees over the matter. But the company also has been criticized for taking years to act on the complaints, which it had received both from owners and from NHTSA.

So could you explain to me the whole deal with that issue and what made it so dangerous? I finally had mine fixed a few weeks back but I really didn't know the deal

IIRC it could theoretically jiggle loose and turn off the car while driving (which means power steering and brakes shut down).
