IIRC I have about $275 in my three. But so worth it. Remember, spend more than you really want to on a good steel!!!! Almost as important as the knives.

Yes..used the cracker barrel extra sharp...it was a hard taste for me to adjust to..my brain's conditioned for the taste of a hershey bar with the Marshmallow...

I'll have to give them another try with a different chesse
