What's your opinion on Nigella? I love her style of cooking. If I had to pick one that matched me, that'd be it. Not cause I make the same stuff, and sure don't have any of her personal traits, but because preparing food is a fluid experience. I'd say sensual, but that's not really right either. You know what I mean?
 
I really don't have much of an opinion. Like Sara Lee, Rachael Ray and most of the others on that list, I have little to no respect for as "Chefs". In my opinion there are only three Chefs on that list In order..Cat Cora, Casey Thompson and Giada. Cat and Casey have been and/or still are, working Chefs at restaurants. Giada went to Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked with Wolfgang Puck. Giada is my favorite but Cat is the best without a question.
 
Oh, and yes I know what you mean. She's the Celeb "chef" that has been called the "Porn Star of Food"

I like Cora too. Do you know if that Padma or number three have any tv shows on food network? I haven't watched in a while.
 
Padma was the host of Top Chef at one time, but have no clue if she still is or not, I hated that show. I have no idea about the other one. Until that list, I had never heard of her.
 
How do you make the dip FD? That sounds awesome!! And what do you serve it with?

It is wonderful, and really easy. Its 2 blocks cream cheese, 1C mayo, 1 4oz can diced chilies drained, 2 oz canned diced jalaps, 1 C grated parmesan cheese ( you can throw in another cup of an easy melter like monterrey jack. I always use 1 extra cup of pepper jack) mix the mayo and 2 blocks softened cream cheese, then add the peppers and other cheeses stir it till its mixed. You can top it with crushed ritz and bake on 350 till bubbly or leave it plain. I have served it with ritz and with plain tortilla chips both. I will be taking both tomorrow. It always goes over really well :)
 
Does sound good FD. Have you tried Tostitos "hint of lime"? I tried them back during Christmas, they would probably be good with that. Can't go wrong with Ritz tho, I love'em.
 
We're going for Mexican tonight for dinner, thanks to FD. haha There's a new little place that opened about 1.5 miles from out house. I'm already hungry!!
 
I love some good Mexican food. There used to be a place here that made Guacamole at the table while the server was getting your drinks. Good stuff!
 
I love those chips Behr, but I havent tried them with this. I will try that next time. Volly, this stuff is wonderful. I have been known to eat it with a spoon on its own lol
 
She is also Italian!

She's a "b*tch tho. I sent her over 500 emails in the past 3 months asking her to be the mother of my children, and she finally responded only to say "I'm notifying the police azzwipe".:crazy:

Sandra Lee is a real Beeach.....we've tried to use her as a spokesperson, and finally had to walk away...
